This seat is better than the seat that comes with the toilet. It is more sturdy. It is very easy to remove for cleaning and is a definite upgrade. I personally think it is a little over priced, but I will say that the company offers excellent customer service. When I contacted their customer service, they went above and beyond to make certain that I was happy. That alone says it all!

We bought the small toilet awhile back and the seat was a terrible design. Had an impossible installation mechanism and the connector was plastic and brittle. It broke within a year. So we bought this seat, which was a big improvement, however expensive. But easy to install and sturdier.

Arrived cracked. I bought it to replace the original one that would not stay in position after about a week. It would slide all the way to one side no matter how many times I tried to tighten it back. I had three people try to do it. The good news is that the company replied immediately to my complaint and is sending me a new one.

My first one broke at the hinge that came with the toilet. Ordered this replacement. I like the new design. Very easy to install and it will clean easier too. Thanks for the improvements!

I purchased the toilet @ 3 years ago when we remodled our half bathroom. The toilet seat only lasted 3 years before it developed a crack & I had to replace it. This is not a high use bathroom.

The toilet seat is fine but the silver caps are horrible - they rust!!! I contacted customer service the first time they did it and sent me new ones - thank you! BUT ....the new ones did the same thing, I've just learned to live with it for the past couple years. At first the rust would wipe off - not any longer. They need to upgrade this part to eliminate the problem - it really tarnishes the look of a sparkling clean toilet!!!

UPDATE: NICE COMPANY RESPONSE. Horow reached out to me regarding my poor review and refunded the cost of the toilet seat. I will likely purchase the Elongated Toilet seat the fits my HOROW T0338W Compact One Piece Toilet. Pleased with their responsiveness. The toilet looks very nice (for a toilet) and seems to work well but it hasn't had to do any heavy flushing yet (time will tell). WRONG SHAPE !!!! Makes it look like the toilet has an underbite. Ordered the HOROW T0338W Compact One Piece Toilet and additionally ordered this toilet seat based on the reviews that the seat that comes with the toilet is uncomfortable. THIS SEAT DOES NOT FIT THE TOILET CORRECTLY. It is more rounded than elongated. Because we are in the midst of a remodel the time frame has passed to be able to return this item.
