CETC foesn't work at all, so it is better to pay more for something rather than pay less for zero results. I would never buy CETC again. I have used cheaper as well as expensive tapes and I think this one has so far given the best results in terms of adhesion and support. It gives me immense support to my knee while playing football. I had an acl and meniscal surgery a few years back, this KT helped me with the transition. I have used it for supporting my plantar fasciitis too. I would suggest shaving off hair from the application area because the adhesion is a bit too strong compared to other KT’s. Water resistance is also great, a taping can last for 2-3 days easily.
