This baby monitor has been excellent for keeping an eye on the baby without needing WiFi or a phone app. Setup was extremely easy, and the camera and monitor connected right away. The 3.2 inch screen provides a clear picture, and the night vision works surprisingly well in a dark room. The audio is also clear, making it easy to hear when the baby wakes up or starts moving around. I especially like having a dedicated monitor instead of relying on my phone. I can leave it nearby and check the baby instantly without opening an app or worrying about my internet connection. The monitor is lightweight and easy to carry around the house, while the camera provides a good view of the crib. The controls are straightforward and don’t require much time to figure out. Overall, this is a simple and dependable baby monitor that does exactly what we need. The picture and audio are clear, setup is easy, and it provides great peace of mind. Very happy with it.

I am a mother of 4 and have used a few different monitors over the years, but this HelloBaby by far has been the best. I have used this monitor for 2 of my 4 children, still using it for my 2 year old now, and plan on continuing to use it for our next baby too. I have even been gifted other monitors with all of the fancy bells and whistles that I tried out, but I just end up stopping use of them and going back to this tried and true monitor that I love. This is simple and easy to setup and use, not at all confusing like some others. No wifi or Bluetooth connection. In fact one of my favorite features about this is that it does not have to connect to wifi, which can be spotty, and I have never had to worry about a stranger hacking into our monitor that way. It has great range and reaches all throughout our 4,000 sqft home, and has even worked inside our nextdoor neighbors house too. My husband was still at home, but I carried the monitor over to my neighbor's with me so that I could watch my baby sleeping. The volume turns up loud and clear so that I can hear it throughout our house, and turns down quiet enough that I myself can get a good night's sleep without waking up from every little sound that my baby makes. But the lowest setting is still loud enough to wake me if my baby is crying. The picture is crisp and clear, and I love that there is the temperature always displayed so that I know if I need to adjust the heat or air. We have traveled with this so much over the years and always take it with us when we visit family, and have never had trouble with it not working in any of the houses that we have stayed in. I have never found that anything interferes with the connection causing it not to work, and that is most important to me. If there was one thing that I could change about this monitor it would have to be having the time displayed on the screen so that I don't have to look between my cellphone and monitor for that, but it has not been a problem over the past 4 years of using it. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a quality simple monitor that doesn't stress you out setting up and using it.

We had the single camera and loved it. But since now we're having another baby we needed another camera. The mounting was super easy, very adjustable. Battery life is impeccable! Video quality and sound quality are great. For the price of this camera is superb. We had the eufy when my youngest was a baby and it would go out all the time so the quality of this plus it not being wifi is amazing. Highly recommend

Ok so I want to start by saying I did not receive this camera for free in return for a review. I want to make that clear bc I read other reviews stating the good reviews must’ve came from paid promotions. THAT BEING SAID, when I purchased it in June it was $70 after tax not $89.99+tax that it is now. Ok so some background. We bought this for our daughters room as a BACKUP. Therefore, i wasn’t looking around for anything super expensive. I didn’t even really look at the features of this camera when I purchased it. What happened is we have the Owlet sock 3 and owlet cam. The sock is incredible and the camera was good. Biggest thing is it wasn’t practical to have to use our phone as the monitor nor was it practical to carry around our tablet so that’s how i found the hello baby camera and made purchased it based on star rating (I didn’t bother reading reviews) and the price. Review time: as I mentioned I bought this as a backup so I wasn’t interested in smart features as I had all of that on my owlet. I purchased this based on price. First impressions: monitor was smaller than I expected BUT my fault for not fully reading size description and it was cheap after all. Ok so I was actually really impressed by some of the features it had: room temperature, one way or two way voice, and most of all camera movement control from the monitor was super cool! (My owlet cam was stationary so this was neat) Camera can go up down left and right. I do wish it could move down further BUT I understand that any further down and I’d be staring at the plastic base. Not to mention that it does appear it is meant to be mounted on the wall or crib. Given that I had my owlet mounted above the crib, I simply put this camera on a book shelf that overlooks my daughters crib. Zoom function is pretty neat, I do wish there were more than just 2 zoom options though but again for the price I can’t complain and realistically the feature, atleast for me, isn’t a necessity. Now this is where I see a lot of negative reviews, the connection. Ok so I went about a month getting super frustrated with the Monitor feed turning off as if it’s losing connection, and then reconnecting a seconds or minutes later. I was watching the bars on the corner of the screen and saw them drop then disconnect randomly start up again….so I assumed (as I didn’t read the manual in full) that I was losing signal. The point of this camera was to be a back camera so I didn’t have to have my phone out constantly it was quite frustrating!!!! ….and then…I realized it’s bc I had the VOX setting on which is a sleep mode where it still provides audio but turns off screen to save battery….once I turned this off my screen stayed on and hasn’t lost connection like I thought it was. I don’t live in a 5000sq ft house or anything but we live in a 2400sq ft house and I can be in my room which is across the hall, or I can take it downstairs to living room kitchen etc and haven’t had connection issues. It’s been 6-7 months and it’s still working fine. My daughter has grabbed it and slammed it against the ground, thrown it across the room and still works. It holds a charge well when not used or when in VOX mode or just audio mode. When the screen is on it lasts about 6hrs. We use it during the day for naps and then at night we use it but leave it plugged in next to the bed on the nightstand. Ok so final thoughts. It works great and does what it’s supposed to. It’s obviously not a “smart” monitor but it has the most important and necessary functions and they work well. So would i buy this again? At the price point I paid? Ya absolutely and I would’ve bought the a second camera. Would I buy it for $89.99+tax? I mean maybe, but I’m not really sure what else is out there at that price point. Did this product go up bc of inflation and supply chain issues and so did the other products then maybe if this is still considered a cheap price for monitors now a day. Or did this price go up bc of greed since it was selling well while the other monitors stayed at their price points? If that’s the case then probably not as when I was looking there were some monitors with multiple cameras, larger screens, and known brands around the $100 mark. So do your research and compare what’s out there around this price.

Good product, it arrive in a reasonable time, meets what it promises, it is important to know that the cameras are not wireless, like the screen, since they must always be connected to their charging cables to work.

Setup was relatively easy, but I have had issue after issue with this monitor. I bought the same kind from this brand 3 years ago that has lasted a long time and loved it. But I bought this particular one less than a year ago. This one features a nice camera that zooms in easily and moves around nicely, but the audio is terrible, it has to be plugged in at just the right angle or it makes strange noises, it does not hold its charge, and trying to contact customer service has been of no help so far. It was not worth the money I paid for it this time.

I have purchased 3 of these cameras over the last 4 years for each child I have had. I appreciate the simple design and usability, price point, and the compact size of the monitor. The sound and video quality is fine, I am sure there are clearer videos out there, but it shows me what I need to see. It is very easy to set up and pair the cameras/monitor. I rely on one monitor to cycle through the multiple cameras in each room of our house. The monitor does not split screen with multiple cameras, but the auto rotate feature changes between each camera every few seconds and works well with me. The most recent camera I bought was of a newer design/model and no longer paired with my old cameras. Customer service was able to help me replace my old cameras so that I could sync all the cameras to one monitor, instead of relying on multiple monitors. Customer service was very quick and helpful and ensures that I will be yet again, another repeat customer. My only issue, is the port for the monitor to plug in is somewhat easy to break. I have had to replace at least one monitor when the port got loose due to it being dropped too much- again, customer service was great to work with. If you want a basic, color screen (when enough daylight), easy to use monitor that pairs with multiple cameras at a great price point, this is it!

The monitor worked well until the charging port began to fail after about 7 months. It was getting harder and harder to get the cable just right to sustain charging. I saw other reviewers mentioning the sellers good customer service and I'm here to say indeed they do. The replied promptly to my email and after giving some ideas to try they requested a video of the issue then agreed to send me a replacement monitor at no cost. I'm grateful to have one that charges well again!

O produto tem um excelente custo benefício, a entrega chegou rápida antes do previsto, veio bem embalado, a instalação foi bem fácil basicamente é só ligar a câmera na tomada mesmo! A visão noturna é boa e a luz é bem fraquinha não atrapalha o sono do bebê, a do ar condicionado por exemplo é mais forte! Você consegue desligar a imagem do monitor e usar a bebê só com áudio tbm se preferir, o monitor eu achei bem bom e intuitivo. O áudio é bom e da pra ouvir bem, também da pra falar com a câmera. Durante o dia a câmera é ótima, não tenho vídeos mas é excelente! Único ponto negativo é que talvez se a sua casa for muito grande não pegue em todos os cômodos, aqui funcionou bem, mas quando me afastei bastante ela caiu…. No geral achei uma boa compra e eu recomendo o produto

We only used it twice and the second time the screen monitor hanged for hours and we couldn't even turn it off. It is very dangerous you might think and see baby is sleeping while the image is hanging and the baby might be crying inside !!! Dont buy this
