what coupler would i use to connect this to a compressor tank?

The best method is purchase a Chicago coupled similar to Guardair 34AKM05 3/4-Inch NPT Chicago Coupler https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007G2PUVO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_z2RyDbZK639CG. These are 3/4 NPT so you could increase or decrease your pipe connection as required by your compressor tank. There are male and female connectors available to suit your application. Good luck.
