I have used mine at 375-400 but in a water bath. You might want to try one (on a pie plate or cookie sheet just in case). Let us know if you will. The quality is good and you can bake in them. I think I'll buy another set because I'm using them a lot. I enjoy having small groups over for cocktails and sometimes dinner. You can put just about anything in these little dishes - nuts, small candies, raisins, soups, puddings, veggies, meat dishes, brandied fruit, fresh fruit - - - it's just about endless. I've even baked little pies in them. If I was 30 something with little kids, I'd have fun using these little dishes with them. However, I'm 77 and over 1,000 miles away from the grandkids.
