I love everything from honest beauty because I am trying to get away from using products that contain harsh chemicals. I do use the retinal cream here from honest beauty but who knows if anything works right? All I have is the hope that it is helping my skin and preventing wrinkles!

Great for sensitive acne prone skin, in my experience.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but: my New Years resolution was to start taking better care of my skin since I’m mid-30s, and after doing some research into affordable skincare lines, a friend recommend this to me. I’ve been using it twice a week at night and have seen some pretty profound results in my skin’s overall appearance. Seems firmer, brighter, and more even. My husband even looked at me one day and said, “your skin looks way better than it usually does,” which we should all take as affirmation that this product works, at least for me. Combined with some other Honest line products, I’ve also seen reduced breakouts around my period, which got worse post-baby. All-in-all, I’m enjoying using this and will continue to do so. Seems to work for me and doesn’t cost a ton.

Like many retinol products out there it causes drying the first few times you use it. I’ve used two other retinol products (that were prescribed by doctors for my terrible acne at the time) and the burning and dryness was ten times worse with those products than it was with this one! This one is wayyy less aggressive which I appreciate a ton! It also has a nice smell and goes on super smooth. I’ve been using honest now for 6 years and I have yet to be disappointed. Yes it causes some burning but after that first week it goes away. It’s retinol it’s going to dry or burn a little..moisturizing is the key and not letting that be the reason you say you don’t like the product. It’s been two weeks since using and my skin tone has evened out tremendously. It’s also brightened my skin tone! I just turned 30 so wanted to start using something that would help my skin with aging and I’m super happy with this one! I’m also a nurse and don’t want to put makeup on and wear a mask over my face for 12+ hours so being able to not wear any makeup and feel confident in my skin is always a win. The drying phase is over and now it’s just the great results shining through.

There is a slight fragrance BUT it doesn’t burn the skin. Soaks in nicely. I’ll buy again!

Love this product!!!! I've been using for 2-3 weeks now and can tell a huge difference in my skin.

I wanted to love this product but after about two weeks of use. My skin developed horrible dry patches. I had to discontinue using this products. Once I stopped, my skin returned to normal. Hopefully other individuals will have better results.

This was the first Honest Beauty product I tried. I was very happy with the product quality and effectiveness. When I used once a day, at night, it never dried out my skin. Mostly, I bought this product because of its ingredients list. So many, many ,many facial products contains well known harmful substances and other questionable ingredients that when researched its said to steer clear. Honest Beauty doesn't make their products with those scary ingredients. Honest Beauty Retinol serum can be trusted and it works wonderfully! I seen results and an overall balanced brighter,, smooth face and neck. But always be careful for those who have never used a Retinol product. Start slowly only using a few times a week. But Honest Retinol is a must have in every skin care regime!!

Si estás empezando a usar el RETINOL. Este producto es muy buena opción. Lo estoy usando una vez por semana y he visto cambios muy lindos en mi piel. Si causa rojez y se pela un poco la piel, por eso debes complementar con un buen hidratante.
