It is hard to put it on! That is for sure. Especially if you're just out of the shower and still a little damp. But it does what it says. I'm over 250 lbs and this doesn't reduce my shirts or t-shirts by even 1 size. It just tucks in all the extra fat on the body :)

Perfect fit, exactly what i was wanting. If you have a Six foot frame and a big chest, get a large or a size big enough so its able to be tucked in underneath like a under armor shirt. It works very well for helping fix posture, i've had a posture problem for years this will definitely help with boosting self-confidence. 10/10

The size large have enough pressure in the abdominal area, but around the arms is too small.
