About how many stones are in a two pound bag?

I'd have to say easily a hundred or more stones between 1/2" and 1". Nice quality.

Are these stones dyed?

None of the stones that the seller sent me were dyed.

Will these stones fade in the sun? Or are they good for outdoors?

No, they probably won't fade outdoors. They don't seem to be dyed, so would be unaffected by sunlight. Nice selection of stones.

Is there any Topaz in these bunches?

This mix does not contain topaz. The mix does however contain up to 27 different types of stones, very nicely polished and very colorful
