I really like this!My hayfever is terrible and this chills quickly, stays chilled for a reasonable amount of time and really helps cool my eye symptoms down.Not bad as a forehead compressor headache either.Only minor thing is the shape around the nose, the join is a bit thick and you have to get it just right to not cause irritation.Overall great though.....I'm getting one for my mum!

I suffer from hayfever in the summer and as a result my eyes can get quite sore and inflamed. left in the fridge, this eyemask is very good at providing prolonged cooling relief for when my eyes are particularly sore and sensitive. The mask is a but stiff and uncomfortable across the bridge of the nose but this is a small inconvenience for the relief it gives.

This is pretty good, the only thing is that it doesn’t stay cold for a very long time - maybe 20mins, other than that it’s great

It says to refrigerate only and not to freeze this, but sticking it in the fridge barely made it cold at all. Anyone who gets itchy, swollen hayfever eyes knows that the only thing that really helps is a lovely, cold compress, and freezing is the only way to go with this if you want more than a mild coolness for more than a couple of minutes. The downside to freezing it is that it's slightly harder to mould to a comfortable shape on your eyes, but when you do it gives a blissful cold relief for about 15 minutes. Still not very long, it warms back up way too quickly, but it does the job for a spell. Works a treat for headaches as well.

Very comfortable, easy to remove the gel pack from the cover to cool. Washable gently by hand(i've not tried machine washing it).It applies a comfortable amount of pressure for me and stays cold for a long time. I've not had any issues with it so far.

Bought this for my children as their eyes are badly affected by hayfever. This is a great product that you keep in the fridge for whenever you need it. We have also used it to relieve headaches.

I bought this, along with many other things to try and help my son’s Hayfever which has been terrible this year.I read that it might help his very itchy eyes. We kept in the fridge but it didn’t really get cold enough, it said on the instructions not to freeze it, which would have been better.It is also quite fiddly to get into the fabric cover.Bit of a waste of money.We were also advised by a nurse to try slices of cucumber from the fridge and in fact they were much more helpful!

I got this product as I suffer badly from hayfever. I find that when I wear the product, it doesn’t fit flush against my eyelids, so I need to press it again my eyes. It what I would expect from a product at this cost.
