It was very well packaged, easy to unpack and easy to put together. Everything about this product is excellent quality and well worth the price. The edges were smooth and obviously had been sanded. The top has a plexiglass cover on top of the wood for outdoor protection and slightly slants toward the back. The molding around the door and the decorative grooves of the walls give this house a cute cottage look.
