Seems I have a common sensitivity to zinc oxide. You need zinc as part of AREDS 2 macular prevention formular and almost none of the brands uses the kinder zinc formulations. Nutrof has low zinc that i can tolerate and I get the recommended zinc dose by using vitamins with kinder zinc citrate.
