However, this blanket really helps my son sleep well. He has ADHD and even with medication finds the actual getting to sleep a real challenge. Since having this blanket, he's been getting to sleep much quicker and really, that was the battle. I've tried it myself a couple of nights. I sleep like a log most nights and using it, I can say I did sleep right through both times, but it's difficult to say I wouldn't otherwise have done so, as I fall into bed exhausted most nights. This blanket I see is heavier than most, so I can't compare with other weights but this one is *heavy*. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really great , definitely worth a try *by C***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 May 2020* Very happy with this blanket . I have only had it for two nights so am unable to give a full review of the sleep quality . It apparently takes 7 days to get used to them . That’s the only reason for the four stars on sleep quality ... not had it for long . However I have found that when I wake in the morning my body doesn’t feel stiff and achy and I am hoping this continues. I also find I fall asleep much quicker , less moving about during the night and I feel relaxed in bed . I have been able to fall asleep every night since using it within 30 minutes of going to bed!
