Americolor Candy Oil - VIOLET 2 OUNCE CANDY OIL COLOR

I wanted this food coloring to try making marble effect strawberries and it worked perfectly. The coloring had no flavor and no color leakage. I'm very happy with this and I've already purchased other colors :) (check out our IG @berries.over.boys in the LA,CA area)

Mixed well with my melted chocolate

Ordered to make this cake. I will never go back to the other well known brand. I used this in my real chocolate modeling clay and in candy melts for molds. You dont have to use the whole bottle as with other brands.

Helped my marbling technique immensely and did not cause my chocolate to seize up

The one I received was already opened. Used it to test some old chocolate that I wasn't planning on eating. These do work but you'll need a lot, and need to use a base color and build up from there. I've been told they color buttercream the best, even more than standard gel color.

Use it to color my car's water injection fluid. Stays blended with methanol and doesn't stain plastic tanks or the inside of my intake manifold.

Makes a beautiful shade of purple.
