Perfect purchase
I cannot say enough about this table. First, it is a rectangle. Rectangles provide for more children to work a the table. Secondly, it is perfect for blocks, Legos, puzzles, bristle blocks, and Fisher Price farm set etc. I bought it for the library at school. I would buy it again for my home, and my deck. This table is s well made, practical, and good looking..

Hardware is junk!
This comes with all the hardware you need, however, tightening with the included tools under human power stripped half of the hex heads well before they were in far enough. I did not use a drill or power tool, after about three turns, again under human power, the hex heads stripped out. I had to get creative to get the screws in all the way. The wood is sturdy and nice. It does not come with any Lego/Duplo boards.

Strong table
This table is the perfect height, size and strength for toddler play. Only complaint is that the edge has quarter inch holes all along it which tend to collect dust, play doh etc.

Most sturdy kid's table out there, but sharper corners
We have had the Nilo activity table for many years, and it has stood up to the abuse, and climbing on by 3 boys very well. It is the most sturdy activity table on the market that you can buy. The customer service at Nilo is among the best out there. The table does have one problem, the corners on the table while being more rounded than a coffee table corners, are still on the sharp side for a kids table. I compared the corners to a Kidkraft train table, and a wood kids activity table that we have. My son who is 3 was running around the Nilo table, and fell on the corner, and had to have two stitches in his scalp. I have since bought corner guards and put them on the table.

Versatility! Versatility! Versatility!
I wish I had come across this table years ago! It is well worth the price. My daughter's children are 7, 5, and 10 months. Her 7 year old and 5 year old have been playing heavily with legos for the past 2 years. They had a smaller table with a permanent lego base. She had another small table for other table activities, or her children took over the kitchen table with their various arts and crafts activities. The children would often bicker about each other messing up their lego building because one would have to remove the other's work in order to proceed with their own. This table eliminated needing a second table in the play area as the lego bases are removable, with an ongoing lego project kept intact on its base, and reveal the plane surface underneath for those other arts and crafts activities.I purchased the larger table and there is no more complaining that one child is invading the other child's workspace when both are using it. There are 4 baseplates, so two can be removed for arts and crafts purposes. The children have plenty of room to be doing their own activity at the same time. The table can grow with the children as you can buy taller legs at a later date that accommodate your growing children.I bought the model with the holes on the edges as well as the hammer and nails. In a few months, the 10 month old can join in the table fun using those accessories. Those very same accessories make the table even more versatile for the older two as they accommodate another source of building besides legos - Zoobs!I also purchased the easel which expands the versatility of play even more! This table provides for the versatility of various ages, level of skilled play, type of play, and will engage the interest of a one year old for at least 8 years, alongside his older siblings!Did I mention that I was a kindergarten and preschool teacher for over 30 years and have come across all sorts of tables?I highly recommend this table.

Fantastic Play table - my boys use this table on a daily basis
I have had this for a few years - the construction is amazing. The legs and surround are made of a beautiful solid wood. I am assuming the top is also. It is very large so they can be at either side of the table playing on their own or set up large scenes across the whole table. My boys are big and they occasionally sit right on top of the table (which I tell them to get down immediately). I have 4 Ikea step stools around it which is the perfect height for them (and me) to sit at the table and they sit for hours playing with their legos or cars. I got the lego pad inserts - I find they rarely play with those but the table has been fantastic. Love this table, worth the money.

Best table for an older child
We use this table in our 8-year-old son's room. It's perfect for all kinds of play with legos, action figures, Playmobile, board games--everything! It has a solid, flat surface, so toys stand up well, and the table height is a little higher than you find in play tables for younger kids (think train tables). When our daugther is older, we'll purchase one for her room, too. Highly recommend for use in play rooms and kids' rooms.

Great table
We bought this for our almost 3 year old daughter as a Christmas gift and boy was she thrilled! It's very sturdy and you can tell very well made. We opted for the larger table as it has the ability to have more children play with it together. The versatility is great in that you can take the lego mats off to have it be a regular table to do other activities on. It didn't take long for my husband to assemble either - bonus!
