So has anyone had issues getting one of these out? I have a 7mm one in and I want to goto 6mm so It will be flesh with my nose. Any suggestions on how

I've had some trouble with these too! But I consider that a plus since I've had a lot of issues in the past with jewelry falling out. A trick I've used before is needle nose pliers! Make sure they're flat so they don't scratch the jewelry. Find where the right hinge is and clasp right next to it, it makes it much easier to pull! If it doesn't budge and you have space, I've even tried TWO sets of pliers lol

Will this turn when left in for a long time?
