I’m always skeptical of supplements— even with this brand (which always surpasses my expectations). I had these for about a month before I decided to try it. I started out with about a third of a capsule, as other reviewers mentioned that this was a very strong blend. Sure enough, I could tell a major difference with just that low of a dose.I’m diagnosed ADD. Every day, I take a prescription in the morning and another in the afternoon. But just on that small dose, I skipped my afternoon Rx. I work with numbers at a desk all day, so being able to focus without my second dose of medication is kind of a big deal to me.Now, I take a full capsule with my time released Rx every morning. It allows me to have:- energy without the jitters- focus without the anxiety- less of a dependence on pharmaceuticalsIn all honesty, I can’t say that I’ve noticed any negative side effects. In fact, it actually helps alleviate the side effects of my medication (decreased appetite, insomnia, anxiety, hyper-focus, etc).Over time, I could see this becoming a replacement to my medication (when combined with a healthy life style). All said, I can’t recommend this product enough.

Effective costly tho

Decided to give it a try and bought this smaller bottle (30caps). I started out taking one cap per day and definitely noticed effects of mental clarity and sharpness, and also improved memory. One day I decided to try two caps and the effects were much more powerful, though this amount was not necessary for me personally (I'm about 160lbs., for reference). I like this product and will buy again, though next time I'll probably go with the 90caps bottle.

It’s really fine but I don’t take it every day. I didn’t know when I bought it, that it’s more than just ginkgo. But I didn’t look closely. I later purchased some pure ginkgo that I take at night before bed.

I noticed a difference in my memory after 3 weeks! I will definitely purchase more. I like that it comes in a brown glass bottle and the company has a reputation for integrity... no fillers, organic, vegan,HEALTHY!

Great feeling but also love the integrity of this product. This brand is one of my favorites. Hard to find a brand I trust purity wise and this one is choice.

Used this for school and it worked great!

i'm not saying others won't. i typically don't like to leave bad reviews but i was so excited about this one and didn't get the results i wanted at all. i may buy again in the future to give it another shot, but for the first go, it just wasn't potent.
