My bottle was produced in 2011, with an expiration of 1/15/2014. Although the label does not state the amount of phenols this oil contains, it does have a distinct bitterness, which is an indication of high levels of phenols. This is a good thing, since phenols provide desirable anti-oxidant effects.

Hello, what is the expiration date for the latest batch being sold? Our last shipment had only 10 months to expiration.

Thanks for bringing to my attention. Yes my bottle is also best by 10 months expiration. This time period works for me, even past the 10 months, it should be still good within reason. It's a delicious olive oil and I will continue to re-order.
