Best rock tumbling grits on Amazon
I have been rock tumbling for over two years now and I have purchased this brand multiple times and will continue to be a return customer. The grits work exactly as expected for each stage of tumbling. Important notes: - Get the one that has the ceramic filler - not the plastics. The ceramic will last way longer and be better on your rocks. - Also - watch some YouTube videos on how to tumble rocks and switch between stages. There's some important tips to make sure you get the best results. Michigan Rocks YouTube channel has some great instructions on it. For the price and quality, couldn't be happier.

Expensive but worth it
This is my go to grit for rock tumbling. I’ve tried less expensive options, but get the most consistency from this grit. Can you find less expensive, yes, but I think the extra cost is worth it.

Used for Large Format Camera Ground Glass
I didn't use this for rock polishing, but for grinding a glass sheet to be used for a homemade large format camera focus plate. It worked wonderfully and I would buy it again! (If I didn't now have a lifetime supply)
