As a healthy breakfast option, this is wonderful!  To get the optimum flavor, let it steep a little longer than recommended and be sure to mix it well before eating.  The taste can come off as a bit bland, but it's not packed with sugar, salt, or anything else that would boost the flavor and make it a less healthy choice!!  If your goal is tasty, satisfying, and good for you...this is it!!

What has happened to this company? I used to enjoy most of their oatmeal cups, but lately the flavors have been tapering off until finally, with this new batch of organic variety, there is no flavor at all. Great names and packaging, but bland. The ingredients still seem to be of a high quality, but after several years, I think I'm finished with Straw Propeller.
