Good Gf Ramen
If you’re looking for the taste of something like Murachen instant chicken/beef ramen, this isn’t it. If you’re just look for a tasty gluten free ramen, you’ve certainly found it! The noodles and the broth are both delicious, and the noodles hold well for gluten free. They don’t have the typical rice pasta taste, either. It is a little pricy, but it’s worth it to me. I make it last as much as I can. Not terribly hard to cook either, just have to be willing to use a pot and take a few minutes of your time.

It’s now vegan! And tastes just as amazing as before. This is my new favorite vegan and gluten free ramen. I’m so happy I found this!

These are really yummy. They are my gluten intolerant son’s favorite food. Great texture and quality. I just wish they weren’t so expensive.

best instant noodles I've tried so far (have tried most brands). The broth is really good (tastes like ramen broth should), noodles are good, and NO MSG, wish they included dried chives/veggies, but just add a boiled egg and it's a meal!

Decent Ramen - quick and easy.
Great flavor and makes a quick little meal. I have a hot water pot, so it was easy to make and cost-effective. I started making two at a time if I wasn't planning on eating anything else that meal.

Changed the Receipe not good
These were my favorite gluten free Ramen, it was simple, one pot, everything cooked togther. NOW you changed the receipe and it doesnt taste the same, its definitely NOT as good.. You need to use 2 pots, and the Ramen noodles are sooo starchy, the water turns whitish. The flavor pack, is completely different and not as good. After buying this soup for years, I will no longer be buying it again. Very disappointing..

Holds Shape & Texture
I am so pleased with these! I was concerned at first, as my experience with a lot of gluten free items has been the weird texture/consistency. I have even taken to undercooking certain things to keep them from getting weirdly mushy. But!! These hold their shape, have a pleasant texture similar to other instant ramens, and the tonkatsu flavor is delicious. I am definitely going to try other flavors from this same brand.
