Can this tape be ironed? I want to use it to stick paper together and need to be able to iron out creases (from folding)

Why does the product description say it's made of vinyl, but elsewhere it's paper and "natural rubber adhesive"?

Not a vinyl tape ,regardless of description. It is a regular cheap masking tape ,with cheap price (white label). Did what I needed. Yellow 3M label is lots better

can this tape be used in low temperatures as low as 30 degrees?

Yes, but only if there's absolutely no condensation on the surface that you're sticking to. In fact, it works best if you put it on a room temperature item before chilling it. Works great for labeling fridge/ freezer meals. I assume you're using it outside and talking about Fahrenheit, of course.

Can It be used on pastel paper, for sketch?

This tape could be used for that. I found it does not stick to surfaces like some painter's tape. It comes up nicely.
