Environmental Economics and Natural Resource Management

I found this book to be unique amongst typical economics textbooks. There is a narrative voice that runs throughout the text that provides clear, concise explanations of theories and concepts of environmental economics, while at the same time weaving together a story that will engage the reader. I will be using this text to teach Environmental Economics and Policy, and am confident that my students will find it "user friendly". The author also asks thought provoking questions at the back of each chapter, and the instructor resource materials provide answers and explanations to those questions, along with power point slides of all of the images ( in color!) contained in the book.This book is a winner.
