It's my main guitar cable, and it may stay that way
I've had this cable for a couple of years, I think. It's been my main cable pretty much since I bought it. Now I'm into a bit of a rabbit hole with cables. I've been trying out a few other cables, and it's starting to dawn on me why I keep coming back to this cable. Getting particulars out of the way: This is a reasonably high quality cable for not a lot of money. It's well constructed, with good quality materials. It doesn't make unwanted signal noise when I move it around on the floor. And the metal sleeves are nice and tight, so I don't have to struggle keeping them fastened, like I do with some of my other cables. In this rabbit hole about cables, my ears are getting a little more attuned to variables in my signal chain. I'm starting to understand how important a good cable can be. Just yesterday I was using one of the new cables, and I was very unhappy with my sound. I wasn't hearing what I wanted to hear. I heard too much bottom end, and not enough sparkle in the top end. It was so frustrating that I stopped playing, and I almost gave up for the day. My ears can hear when something's wrong. I may not be able to articulate it exactly, but I'm getting better at spotting differences. Thankfully, I didn't give up. I decided to put away the new cable and use this one instead, my main cable. As I expected, it sounded suddenly right. The sound I was chasing was in focus again, and the day was saved. This cable has become a part of that sound. And truly, this isn't the first time I've realized it--it's just becoming more obvious now. I've used other cables with other guitars, and they don't sound the same after this one. I know that part of the truth of this is that for two years, I've been dialing sounds with this cable, so my signal chain has become tuned to this cable. So I'm not saying this is a magical cable or anything, but I do know when it sounds right, and I know I get the sounds I'm trying to get when I'm plugged in with this cable. That's enough to convince me it's good. Yesterday's issue was a eureka moment for me, and all was right in my small world again. Now I know that the right cable can be a significant contributing factor to a good guitar tone. I may have to get another.

No better feeling then having the right gear.
Ecstatic ! When you find the right gear that best suites your needs everything else falls into place... when I chose to actually purchase a designated instruments/guitar audio cable, I opted to not run to my nearest music($$$ pit) store because I didn't want another standard plane jane cable that like many others simply didn't fit my application, what I didn't need was 40foot long cord to get tangled up in,nor standard straight cable ends that would be hard on the guitars output jack on the edge of the guitars body below the shoulder strap nut. This would be a problem if I didn't feel like standing , stressing the plug end and the guitars output jack ultimately damaging you guitars electronics. The solution was to seek out a product that addresses all these issues, my first though was I was gonna have to get a expensive custom cable special ordered to my specific needs... when I came across the products of GLS Audio I immediately felt relief minutes after finding the perfect cable to eliminate my troubles with standard replacement cables.. at a manageable 6feet tangles were not nearly as frequent if at all, the cables non matched ends were a surprise as I was now able to plug the 90° plug end into the output of the guitar and it not stick out to be banged off of walls, putting stress on the output jack when set down ,on top of all that it was affordable even competitive in cost vs standard cables at our local music store that apparently all there products include a pocket leech that is guaranteed to cost you a fortune every time your forced to walk threw there doors... The only reason I didn't give it that 5th star is because the outer fabric sleeve that I must say even though it's actually pretty damn cool vs standard rubberized insulation, it's still a fabric material and susceptible to dirt, stains ,spills and other causes of discoloring... I'm sure it wouldn't take much to run a soap an water rag Over it a few times to handle that ...over all this is by far the best cable I've used for my guitar playing as it dose exactly what I need it to and feel comfortable while playing without breaking the pocket... good quality product I expect to last me a good long time... thanx to GSL Audio for providing the perfect gear for the job no matter what skill level the musician. Super band lead guitarist or the jus learning beginner these cables know NO limitations!

This is a quality cable at a very good price
I've been a musician now for about 15 years and I've used a variety of cables during that time. From no-name cables that come bundled with cheap starter amps, and plenty of 5-30 dollar cables from some of the biggest guitar brands, I've tried quite a few. For the price, I don't think this cable has much, if any competition. The feeling in the hand of the materials is very solid, but also comfortable/soft. The cable is lightweight and feels durable. The outer fabric/material feels very solid and doesn't seem prone to splitting/fraying whatsoever. The cable doesn't tangle easily and feels sturdy to the touch and tough to bend/crease. A common issue with cables, especially more affordable ones, are the cable ends bending and causing the cable to short out. It seems they recognized this issue and have wrapped the ends with a thick rubber wrap to reinforce it at the areas prone to damage. The only flaw I imagine anyone having with this cable would be the color, but to be honest I love the vintage yellow/brown look. It would be cool if they offered a secondary color option, perhaps a black/blue color or white/red to fit different artist's tastes and perhaps that is an avenue to improve upon. All in all for the price I am very happy with this cable. I just plug it in and forget about it. It doesn't get in the way, it's reliable, no hum/hiss/noise, and it's affordable. Are there better cables out there? Probably. Should you spend five times the price for a 20% better cable? Unless you're filling stadiums and making a living performing songs to thousands of people, I don't believe so. Take care of this cable and it will last you for years to come.

High Quality
The GLS Audio Guitar Cable is made of high quality material and has operated as intended since I received it about one month ago. I have no reason to think that I will have any issues with it as you sometimes do with cables of lesser quality ... and it has a cool vintage look

Great Cable, Quick Delivery
Noticeably quieter than what I was using, Doesn't tangle. 10' works nicely for home use. Velcro ties are nice touch. Reasonable price, although pricing can vary from day to day, it would seem.
