**Q: Anyone else being ignored by manufacturer for their defective product?**
A: Mine feels like it’ll fall on my infant. I left a review & I keep getting emails from them telling me to delete the review.

**Q: Does it also work when attached to the back seat on the driver's side?**
A: I have mine behind the driver seat, my baby rear facing. It takes going back and forth a couple times to tilt the mirror right, but i can see my baby when i look in my rear view mirror.

**Q: How can I contact the manufacturer? Our one broke within a few weeks (plastic cracked)**
A: Go to your orders. Click on the mirror. And below the mirror there is a name of the seller, click on the name and tap the ask a question and you will be able to send the seller an email.

**Q: can this mirror be used on a back middle seat that doesn’t have a headrest?**
A: I put a small ratchet strap on the outside seat's headrests and attached the mirror to it and used another string to attach the top tether anchor. Just had to move it a few times to make sure it was in the correct position to see while driving.
