Speaker sounds great again
I liked that it came with easy enough to follow instructions and even a video on YouTube. I also liked it is a complete repair kit with brush and glue for two speakers. I highly recommend this repair kit before you spend your hard earned money to buy a new speaker.

not as easy to install as expected even though I am a handy man myself. Prefer the two piece set.

No Experience Necessary
I have two identical Kenwood subwoofers so this repair kit was perfect since you get 2 foams and plenty of glue. The video on YouTube shows you step-by-step exactly how to do the repair. This was the first time I have ever attempted to re-foam a speaker and I'm amazed that it works like new. The only drawback is that it took me a couple hours of work to complete each subwoofer repair.

so freaking happy
I got theses to repair my Kenwood home theater sub woofer speaker and it worked perfectly(i only needed one edge) its as good as new wish i had done it sooner just followed the simple instructions that came with the foam edges now i can enjoy TV, Movies And Video Games with the awesome bass tones that I've been missing.

Great repair kit
This was my third refoam kit from simply speakers. Delivery was fast and the fit is very good. Woofers look and work like new now.

This Fixed my home stereo subwoofer and saved me about $60
My speaker was making cracking/ scratchy noise. Now it sounds great. The whole install procedure only took about 30 minutes (not including glue drying time). Saved me about $60 over buying a new similar sized speaker. Also, the original model replacement speaker was not available for my unit (Kenwwood 10SW).

easy to install, works perfectly
I installed one of these over a year ago in a large subwoofer. It was an easy install and it works perfectly.
