Good quality for the money. It was easy to set up and use. My son suggested I could also use it as an apple press. It cleaned easily and fit in cupboard easily.

cheap solution for the occasional home cheese maker
This is not a professional cheese press by any means, It definitely does the job at a low cost. I am not sure what the purpose of the wing nuts and top caps are for? I just slide the top board over the 4 bolts and add the recommended weight. be sure to put a plate underneath to catch the whey seepage and protect the bottom board.

Never buy this item
This is a joke in its conception and badly executed... this item should not be sold... it is impractical and idiotic... cheap wood and certainly not worth the price... in fact it is not a good buy at any price...

Quality Product
I made cheddar cheese for the first time using this container. I think I could make a 2 pound round. I only needed it for a 1 pound round. It does what it says. It's kind of a pain the screw all the wingnuts, but I'm probably just being lazy. It's easy to clean. I'm happy with it.
