However, once removing this Matthews stand from the box and setting it up you quickly come to realize this thing is a beast. It is no lightweight stand and you quickly realize it will do almost anything you ask of it. It is heavy and heavy duty and the articulating arm and knuckles are heavy duty and multi functional. I would advise new users to watch a YouTube video or two on the correct way to use a C-stand to make the most of it's use and avoid misuse. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Worth it *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2019* Not the most expensive brand out there. Not the cheapest thing you can find either. Mathews has a solid reputation and this C-stand is heavy metal and sturdy. My am extremely confident my camera gear with be safe on this C-stand. Everything locks down securely with about 15 pounds of gear boomed over the products I photograph and the legs level out easily/crank down tightly.
