Ohana 9-Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Sectional Conversation Set, Black Wicker with Orange Cushions - No Assembly with Free Patio Cover

Purchased this set 1 month ago based on reviews and pictures and am very satisfied. Shipping was faster than quoted at the time of purchase (arrived in ~2 weeks instead of 3-4) and delivery was uneventful. The product is lightweight but seems durable. We arranged the pieces to our liking (L-shaped couch with the separate armchairs around) and the included clips allowed us to secure the layout in place. The cushions are on the harder side but still comfortable and I hope that this will help them keep their shape for many years. Most of the cushions have small Velcro strips to keep them in place but a strong wind will still cause them to shift . I haven't used the included cover yet. Overall very pleased with product and price.UPDATE: The fabric covering the cushions deteriorated more quickly than expected and after 3 seasons of California summers became very friable and tore easily. I contacted Ohana Depot and was pleasantly surprised with their customer service. The warranty on the original fabric was only for 1 year but they offered a fair discount for a full set of new Sunbrella cushion covers and even threw in new corner back cushions (due to a change in design since I bought it). The Sunbrella cushion covers are excellent and based on experience with other Sunbrella products I expect they will last much longer (they were unfortunately not available with this set when I first bought it ~3 years ago). BOTTOM LINE: Upgrade to the Sunbrella fabric upfront!

I ordered the 9 pc in beige and it arrived in about 10 days which was much quicker then I expected. The color is not off white but a true beige, photo on amazon looks white but it's not so I was happy about that. The club chairs and ottomans are very comfortable, the sofa is nice but the back is somewhat low and all the cushions are on the firm side. The actual wicker does get hot when in the daytime sun since it is almost a black color so something to keep in mind. Overall I'm very happy so far with my purchase and it looks very clean and modern and high end. I looked at alot of different sets online and this seemed to be the best value for what you get. Local retailers with similar sets are $1000 to $2000 more. Also, the delivery people were great to work with.

The pictures on the actual Ohana site & on amazon, show it as a burnt orange color. When it arrived, it was bright neon orange. It was too much. Also, the pieces were not made properly. One middle section was approx 1/2" too long. Certain seating were sticky, as if it was just painted. Ohana is supposed to be one of the top notch outdoor patio companies. *NOTE: They charge an outrageous return shipping fee since they use a 3rd party shipping co.

This is a nice, contemporary sofa set, which gives my backyard a very modern appearance envied by many visitors. The cushions are more beige/cream-colored than shown in the picture. Due to the light weight of the cushions, they get caught by wind frequently, and they tend to slide off while sitting on them. It seems like the vendor tried to improve this by adding small strips of Velcro, but they're not sufficient, and they only keep the cushions together, but not attached to the chairs. I had to purchase additional outdoor-grade Velcro to attach the cushions to the chairs. Lumbar support is not great, but acceptable for a chair of the given height. The modular design makes it easy to rearrange furniture and to set it up in different configurations. Overall a great addition to my backyard!

I bought this set based on only the pics. I was nervous about the quality, etc. Turns out, I shouldn't have been nervous. The set showed up on time (lots of boxes, to be sure), packed well. Once unpacked, they went up in 2 minutes. The wicker is of high quality and the padding is good quality. Overall, I am very impressed with my purchase. I found comprable at outdoor stores for about 2x and was very happy with the price in comparison (although I am still trying to figure out why I am spending so much on any furniture).

I make a lot of Amazon purchases, so the reviews are very important to me. It's unusual to see a product rated as highly as this one. There are always those who find the negative in everything, so I normally have to weigh the good with the bad. Not so with this product. I've only had it a few days, but the look and quality are outstanding. It took less than 2 weeks to be delivered, and the packaging and shipping were first rate. I was a little worried the furniture would be too lightweight and blow around in the wind, but I find it to be more solid than I'd imagined. The look is what sets it apart. It does have the look and feel of what you'd see at a nice Beach Club. After looking at a lot of outdoor furniture, I can safely say that nothing remotely close to this can be found for under $2,000.I hope it lasts and lives up to my expectations, but initial impression is "Wow"!

Beautiful products. Looks like the same ones at some night clubs and island resorts. It's light so it can be moved around easily. It comes with clips to bind them together. Glad it's not heavy because I know some will complain it's too heavy. For those that want to keep it from moving/shifting, try adding a 10lb or 20lb sandbag on bottom of the support structure to keep it stationery.Also, the delivery was pleasant. They called 3 days in advance to schedule a delivery time and day. It took about 2 weeks from order date so don't expect it the same week. On delivery day, they called 1 hour before to confirm that they are on the way. At the exact time, they showed up and placed all the big boxes in the backyard. The biggest boxes I've seen in my life, by the way. Great service from the delivery company. I must compliment them because some other bulk delivery service were rude and they didn't stick to their timelines. Whoever manages the guys who delivered it to Orange County address on July 25, 2011, please give them a pat on the back. Great work!
