The sleeves were a little short when i first tried it on and it did had a strong (of new) smell. I washed it and DID NOT put it in the dryer and the sleeves elongated a little bit and it now fits me just right along the arms! That was weird but worked for me lol. Also, the smell went away after that first wash. It looks lovely.
