How should these be stored after opening the package?

I just push the air out and fold the down down and add a clothes pin to keep the package closed.

Mushroom House Dried Mushrooms are much cleaner than any other dried mushroom I've used, but before cooking with any type of dried mushroom, I reconstitute/rehydrate them in hot water, then strain (and keep) the soaking liquid - as per the instructions in Bittman's "How To Cook Everything". Any odd bits don't make it into the food I serve to my family and friends.
