NIUTOP Camera Frame Surrounding Holder Cover & Lens Fix for LG G3 D855 G3-CF

The lens cover of my G3 was shattered due to a freak drop of 6 inches. Quoted over $125 by LG plus labor. Purchased this item despite misgivings about quality and wait time. This is going to replace a lens cover for a very expensive camera after all. Surprise! I received the cover in 2 days with a regular Prime shipment. Only difference I could find was a slight cloverleaf foam shape in the inside of the original vs a plain foam pad in the replacement which doesn't seem to affect the fit at all. Remove 2 screws, re-fit the volume rocker in the replacement cover first, it should "click" in slightly. Then turn it over and start ing from the opposite side of the screws, gently fit in position, push down to engage tabs, careful to keep rocker lined up and not to touch the inside of the glass lens replacement, as any smudge or debris will affect your photos. Just received my lens cover by USPS.My old original one had very minor scratches on the exterior and what seemed to be a smudged surface under the glass lens. Those really impacted the quality of my pictures.The replacement is simple. Remove the back cover and the 2 philips screws that hold in the lens cover paying attention to the two screws because they are of different lengths. Pop out the power button and volume rocker.Use a small flat pry tool to pop out the lens cover.Place the removed power button and volume rocker into the New lens cover.Press in the new complete one fully to make sure all the tiny tabs have been snapped in. Replace the screws being careful to replace them exactly as removed as they are different lengths the back cover and you're done.This a great replacement. I'll probably order a few for back up. There is no need to put up with blemished pictures and videos.

The reason why I gave the product a 3 star Instead of 5 is because it needed a minor modification for it to properly snap into place the top edges were to thick that it wouldn't snap properly into place after snapping them off with a pair of scissors the frame snaped in perfectly would buy product again but that minor defect is the reason why I gave It a 3 I attached a picture when it wouldn't snap on and one after I fixed the defect

Exactly what i needed. I had a scratch/smudge over my camera lens and looked up replacement covers and viola, this popped up. Some reviews said the fit wasn't exact but it was a perfect fit for my phone (Verizon). Super easy to replace and looks exactly the same as the original. My camera is back to taking amazing pictures and i am thrilled that i saved hundreds of dollars versus buying a whole new phone. Just watch the screws when installing, the bottom screw is a little longer than the top one. It is also easier if you put the non screw side in first then drop down the screw side. It should take less than five minutes including waiting for the phone to restart.

Update: After about a month, the lens is scratched worse than the lens I replaced. That old lens was 18 months old, and I haven't treated this one any different, so I guess this product must have an inferior material.Previous review:I had to modify the part a little by filing the spot just above the volume button. Before that, the up-volume button would stick a little. It works great now - just a tiny little bit of sanding was required.Advice: if this new lens quickly looks at bad as your old lens, consider removing the little plastic protective sticker that's over the lens. Better yet, remove that sticker immediately after installation. I'm a genius, so I didn't.

Fits perfectly for LG G3 Sprint model 955.I had to get this part to fix a broken camera lens on the rear of my phone. It is as simple as replacing two tiny screws and popping the old one out, and putting the new one in. Remember after you insert the new part to check the volume buttons and the power button.Now it looks like nothing ever happened.

I cracket the camera lense glass somehow and figured this will be an easy fix. Changing is easy, but the product is complete garbage. The lense "glass", the reason why i got this, is just a cheap plastic barely holding on with a ring of double sided tape. The tape was not even aligned properly and was covering half of the lense. Had to pop it off and realign. The pictures come out pretty much the same quality as with a cracked lense. Im looking for another fix, perhaps just get a lense by itself. Not recommended!

Great big packaging envelope for this itty bitty part. It matched perfectly in size, shape, and color. If I smash another one, I will certainly reorder this item.

It is an exact fit and works like it did when new.
