Perfect fit!
Will work in shorter tanks, just have to cut the top down a few inches. I replaced a turbo distributor tube with this one as the turbo tube was a two piece design that is prone to come apart causing the resin beads to go through the plumbing system. This is a simplistic fix that works great and should last a very long time.

Trimmed to fit my clack valve, softener back to like new
Since I had to change my resin I decided to change my tube as well. This one fits perfectly. I just cut it to be the same length as my old one, beveled the edges again using sandpaper, and installed. Works great so far.

Great Product!
Need a water softener distributor tube after replacing the resin beads, so I purchased Nelsen 1.050" Distributor Tube. It was shipped and delivered on time, and it is exactly as described. The new distributor tube was easy to cut to length and fit like a charm. I like it.

Didn't realize it also came with the tip/points at the end. So I ended up purchasing that piece separately. The tube worked well and this along with resin purchased on amazon and some youtube videos saved us hundreds on recharging our whole house filtration system!

Nice Distributor tube but won't fit Rainsoft water softeners
It looks to be well made but it didn't fit my Rainsoft resin tank. I ordered it in advance of changing the resin beads. After cutting it to length I discovered that the diameter was too small. Fortunately the original tube was in acceptable condition to reinstall. I don't want to give a lower star rating because it didn't fit my application.

It did the job.
After watching a few videos on YouTube, I decided that I'd rebuild my softener rather than spend the money on another new one. It was easy and worth it. The new distributor tube was easy to cut to length and fit like a champ.
