Loving the product❤️ This neem and fennel is my go to product..... My cousin sister recommend me this hair removal product.... As a working women i cant go all the time to the parlor for waxing but this product saved my valuable time....... And its so so effective.... Like it gives me a smooth glowing soft skin..... I was extremely excited about this product when I read such awesome reviews but unfortunately the product has not worked for me. 1) The consistency of paste is difficult to make as there are no clear instructions on how much water should be used. 2) It does not remove hair completely, leaves out patches of hair 3) I tried to remove my leg hair, it didnt work. Worked well for underarms only 4) The pack dries off completely in 5 mins but as per instructions it needs to be given 13 to 17 minutes dont know why wrong instructions are mentioned. My suggestion dont buy

Hi, I'm writing this review after using this product for almost 6 months, wanted to see the effects before reviewing, even though they were offering some gift for the review.. 1st of all, it clears like veet, not like waxing, i.e. the hair feel like getting shaved and will grow soon as compared to wax, but, can definitely say it's much safer than Veet, no harsh feeling or sensation or blackening of skin..even I used it on my bikini area(for a relatively lower fraction of time) and found it safe..very nice product.. 2ndly, the hair growth surely decreases, hair becomes fine and less dense slowly after every use and hair becomes so less that on any occasion u can simply apply a razor to clean it without any hesitation..which I never got in any other product..so two thumbs up for this..

The product does what it claims. I prepared a thick paste and used it on my arms as per the instructions. It removed all hair and also tanning. The skin on my arms felt smooth and glowing. It also prevents ingrown hair. But the hair grew back in a week. Also, I wonder how a 100% herbal formulation removes hair like a chemical based product. It does smells like other chemical hair removal creams to some extent. The quantity provided is very less and also if you dont make the paste carefully at the right consistency, it wont remove hair properly. Overall, I only recommend this product for those who cant opt for waxing/shaving.

I came to know about this product named as Neem & Fennel instant hair depilatory mask from one of my friends. She told me it is a new product from a brand Roots & Herbs and works magically!!! It leaves no irritation and redness and completely handy. I searched it on Amazon and immediately ordered it. Thn I thought what if it doesn't do what it claims. But decided to give it a try. Have wasted so much money in waxing thn why not give this product one shot. After 3 days, in the morning I received it. It was written to do a patch test, so I did that on my leg. I went through the instructions, made a paste, applied it on one area and after 12-13 minutes wiped it with a wet towel. And it worked... Yes!!! That patch was clean and smooth. No irritation, no dark patches and redness... Nothing!! Thank you so much Roots & Herbs for this miraculous product. It saved my money & time. It is one of a kind product which is herbal and vegan!!

I regret buying this. The skin on my palm peeled off when i used bare hands to apply it on the legs. My entire palm has been burning and it has been 24 hours since I used it. The skin on my palm thinned and looks like it is scorched. It claims to be an organic product- not sure if it has any certification from any statutory body. I don't understand how a harmful product like this can be on the market without sufficient warning.

Although I had my doubts that its same like any hair removal cream just in powder form.but in times like this I took my chances .. It proved me right .. it's just the same thing and same work .. Also to me it smelled also like anne french .. That pungent smell.. Although its written that no sulphate chemicala alcohol etc etc is used but I am not sure if it is actually not using it .. Last but not the least it failes to remove all the hair successfully from my hand .. I would say only 70% of hair got removed 30% were still there..

Messy to use and also not giving results as after using loofah to remove hair also still hair wont go naturally. Takes lot of time. Only good thing its herbal smell

I originally bought this in Sept. 2020 and have been using it ever since. I love it. Mixing up this clay hair remover takes some trial and error. You will want it to be thick enough to cover hair from root to tip. DO NOT make it watery. It will not work as well. I'd say not dry but not wet wet either. It has to stay moist. The scent is minty to me, nothing harsh smelling at all. The more I used it (right around every 2-3 weeks) the slower the hair grew back. Like others said, the bag is not full or even close to full which is really unfortunate if you want to use this on larger areas such as your legs. I mainly used it on my underarms and bikini area so it lasted longer for me. Sometimes I used it on my tummy hair as well (probably not recommended but I did spot test) and I didn't have any irritation or issues. If you use this Roots and Herbs hair remover in the right way it should work for you. More product in the bag would be cool but not a big deal for me since it works so well.

This item claims to be all natural, it immediately caused a very bad reaction and infection to the point I had to rush to the doctor due to a very bad pain. And it stinks up the entire house. Something is definitely wrong with this product.

Useless product. Total waste of money. It doesn’t work as advertised. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save your money and don’t buy this product.
