We patiently tried installing this twice now and the adhesion just isn't holding. We're no strangers to Command Adhesives and how they work. We put up the discs and waited 24 hours. Attached the basket and waited another 24 hours. Then, slowly we added our shampoo bottles and eventually I hung my washcloth on the hooks. Within a month, the basket fell. My husband used new adhesive and we started the process over again. A week ago we noticed one side was failing. We replaced adhesives and started AGAIN. This morning, It was coming away from the wall again. We have a tile shower. The tile has some very slight texture.

It does the job, but I have a couple of complaints. The front is designed differently from the sides, and has a large opening in the front. If you have small bottles or razors, they will constantly fall over or fall off through the front while you’re showering. I wish the metal was covered with silicone to provide some traction so things wouldn’t be falling off or over. Overall it does the job, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered this unit to replace Command strip caddies that would not stick. I followed the instructions and hints from reviewers to use the dial down suction strips and keep tightening them for 24 hours before use. I did so and they have been up and working great for over a week holding shampoo, conditioner and body wash just fine with a wood handled loofah brush hanging from the handy bottom hooks. The other units fell off in hours. I have not had good luck with command strips in any areas with moisture no matter how I try to prep the area. These look great and are sucking fine to the wall.

This basket is the perfect size and great quality. Super easy to install, I love that you just twist the knobs for the suction cups to work. Much easier than other suction cup baskets! The knobs are plastic made to look like metal but the basket itself is all metal. I put 3 almost full bottles and 3 trial size bottles in the basket right away and even after a shower it was still up. It has lots of room in it and I love the hooks for hanging things on it.

I really like the capacity of this product, and it has held solid so far. It arrived quickly and was easy to mount.After a couple of days it fell. The suction does not hold well. The shower wall is a smooth and non-porous. I will try the included double sided sticky pads now. Nice idea, it just does not work for all.I used the double sided sticky pads and the item has held strong and fast so far. Nice product.

Update : still up . I can’t believe it didn’t end up on in the tub like all the other 5 I had. It’s great , been holding on for more than 2 months .I m not sure how durable since I only have it for two days. But it is a nice organizer , seems sturdy and holds a bunch of things , like shampoo conditioner and so on . I really don’t have any space in the shower so they’re great . Suction is good so far

Got this for my boyfriend and myself. Thought it was going to be simple as daisies. But I got overwhelmed with all the extra stuff. Looked nothing like the instructions. Sure it’s easy for some people but I’m like what the heck is this for? All the suction stuff I just threw away for the both of us and ordered a shower organizer to hang on the curtain. Hopefully that should be easier. Should be easier considering it’s hanging from the shower hooks. This one is just going to be an organizer and save up room and space. I really didn’t like all the extra stuff.

I was surprised at how well the suction cups have held this unit in place over the past 6-8 months. I have had to retighten the right hand suction cup twice, but the left suction cup has held the unit firmly in place and has never allowed the shampoos/conditioners to fall out of the caddy. I would highly recommend to consider this shower caddy for purchase.

I originally ordered the larger one but found this size to work better for my shower. First I put this on in about45 seconds it suctioned really well to the tile and has not moved at all. I have 2 full bottles of shampoo/conditioner and bodywash along with a jar of hair mask - also hang the loofa and squeegee off the rounded hooks. It has not moved at all. My tile is very smooth and shiny so not sure if that makes a difference in the suction power, but it works really well in my shower

I know this is sturdy because it does nothing but fall down, and that didn't break it! I tried everything - following the directions to the letter. I checked YouTube and watched videos on how to install it. I got it to stay up for a few days empty, but as soon as something was actually in it, bam, on the shower floor. Free to anyone who will cover mailing cost!!!

Great little unit and works great! Amazing suction just follow directions accordingly!! Only issue was that it broke already...I can still use it but where you screw the suction thing in the metal broke off the frame! It’s a hassle to return in the middle of the pandemic so will just keep and tape!

This is the second shower caddy by this manufacturer that I’ve installed. Both were fairly easy to line up and tighten with the enclosed instructions. This one holds more do I think it’s the preferred size for me

Big basket that’s easy to overwhelm suction due to design. Basket hangs out of level that lets items slip to front and exert higher force on suction cups. Light items only! Quality of finish very nice!
