I really wanted to like this because I needed a new epilator & didn't want to spend $100 or more. I received the 1st order & after charging it for 8hrs I turned it on & thick, black hairs came flying out so I went to turn off the unit & it wouldn't turn.off. It's supposed to have 2 speeds but it only goes 1 speed that's slow. I returned it to get a new unit & the same thing happened, it turns on but won't turn off so I remembered from reading the instructions that it won't turn on.if it connected to the charger so that's how I turned the unit off. As you see in the video it turns off only by putting the charger in while plugged in. I'm returning this & I guess spending more money to find 1 that actually works.
