This is a nice try if you tend to feel bloated after drinking a protein shake.
I will say this protein powder better worked for me. Some leave me feeling so really jbloated but this one did not. I do not do protein powder all the time but on occasion a protein shake is a nice meal replacement. The flavor wasn’t bad either. If you are looking for a protein powder that is easier on your digestive system I would give this a try. It also mixes well with water or milk. I have a frother I use to mix mine and it works great. 😊

Simple, inoffensive product
It's casein. What sense can you say? It clumps up quickly in contact with acids (even milk). It's very thick compared to whey products, as it should be. The vanilla flavoring is fairly mild, medium sweet, and doesn't compete with other flavors if blended with fruit or other products. Definitely feeds your body very slowly, as attested to by the fact that if I take it an hour or so before bed, I wake up with no hunger and no signs of fat burning having taken place over the night. Great product if you're trying to support muscle maintenance (or gain) and can't get enough protein throughout the day. Don't recommend it (or any casein product) at night if fat loss is your goal.

Easy to mix with great flavor
This is a great protein powder. It has good flavor, and it mixes with milk very easily. It doesn't clump up or take a blender to mix evenly in milk. I think it's a great value for the amount you get at this price.

Always a gamble buying Vanilla protein but this brand have some great flavours which I’ve tried in the past and loved and this is no exception. Highly recommended
