We used the silicone ones first, which he adored, and now we use the orthodontic ones. He was combo breast and bottle fed, and will not take any other pacifier! These are very easy to clean, and they fit in his mouth perfectly. He is not an all the time pacifier kid, but these have been calming for him and his overall choice. Cleaning is simple, they clean easily .
