MED PRIDE Vinyl Medical Exam Gloves,Powder & Latex-Free, Medium,100-Count

5-31-19 UPDATE: Just reordered. I had 0 problems with these gloves as I did with another brand. If you have very long nails, be careful when putting on or taking off especially. I have a couple of times punctured them with my thumb nail. But this was entirely my own fault - just wanted to let people know to be aware this can happen. Otherwise, I love them. Work perfectly for everything I listed in my original review. They come out easily (mostly!) and you don't end up with a clump of them when you wanted one. Not with these! Oh, and my husband, who definitely does NOT have small hands, squeezed some on to clean the grill though I would not recommend this! They didn't break though, and did the job quite well. I will be back in a few months when I run out. I just switched to this brand when the ones I had been using for years became so poorly made you could not get them on or off without them disintegrating. After reading what seemed like a gazillion reviews of various brands, I decided on these. I use these gloves for SO much. Originally, I bought them for food prep. I hate getting raw chicken all over my hands or ruining a manicure with orange color from shredding carrots. Yes, this is a thing! But these kinds of gloves are good for so much more - cleaning chores where you don't need or want heavy, long dish washing gloves, scooping and changing the cat litter and lots more. These particular gloves are simply great. Just thick enough to feel like your hands are protected but flexible and comfortable. Moreover, they don't seem to have a heavy, chemical odor other s do, which is a plus for me. Yes, as mentioned in many reviews they do run a bit small, but for me, this worked out perfectly, as I have very small hands. I stopped using "small" ones, however, as they were usually too tight and hard to get on and off, but mediums were a bit too big. With this brand, they are loose enough to be comfortable and get on and off easily, but snug enough to feel secure. I will definitely reorder them when the time comes.

Update 6/12/25: the XL gloves fit!! Feel so much better, and they're not restrictive! I got these to compare with a universal fit version from Walmart thinking they would fit better being a large. They're fitting the same, not really a difference, I'm going to try the XL version when I'm done with this box. I did notice with every pair I've put on that I rip them at the wrist while putting them on, and that doesn't always happen when I use the Walmart version (they feel a little thicker). Other than that they do the job of protecting my hands,are functional, comfortable not too tight. I'm hoping maybe the XL will fit better when I try them, because I have big palms, but I have short fingers when I need to order again.

These are good quality gloves. I do recommend to go up a size.

I've purchased these gloves multiple times, and they've become my go-to choice whenever I'm working with resin. I use them while measuring, mixing, pouring resin, and brushing mica and shimmer powders into molds, so I need gloves that protect my hands without limiting movement. These strike the perfect balance. They're thick enough to keep resin off my skin but thin enough that I still have full dexterity for detailed work. The fit is excellent, and they slide on and off easily, even during longer crafting sessions. I've also been impressed with their durability. Unlike some disposable gloves I've tried, these don't tear easily while I'm working. Because they've been so reliable, I continue to reorder them whenever I need more. If you work with resin, crafts, painting, or other projects that require both hand protection and precision, I highly recommend giving these a try.

The med pride gloves are clear color and fit well on the hands as they are extra large in size.and are comfortable to wear. it is of good quality and protects your hand when applying medication and other medicine to parts of the body that may be injured or need of lotions. The gloves are nice in appearance and does not give off a other than soft and clean look. I like using it and feel comfortable.

Fits large hands perfect

I had been buying vinyl gloves from a major drug chain that starts with a W for the past three years of pandemic but recently, their price on the same number of gloves as I can buy here in this product had doubled. Yeah, doubled. When I saw the Med PRIDE Medical Vinyl Examination Gloves (Large, 100-Count) on Amazon at a priced that saved me about five bucks per box over the other purchase at W, I thought I would give them a try. I've never looked back. KUDOS: these are thicker vinyl than I was getting with the other product elsewhere. They tend to be long lasting. Price on these is good, coming in at a few cents per glove. These are great for anyone with allergies to latex b/c these are vinyl. CONS: while these are thicker and more durable, there is less stretch to the glove itself. For a guy, I've just got a medium size hand and these large gloves are pretty much what I'd have considered a medium in other brands. If you have a large hand, you're going to need a size larger or you're going to have struggles fitting the glove on your hand. Also, I would say that my experience in using these for a long while is that about 1 of every 6 gloves will experience some leakage; dry hands go into the gloves, use for cleaning or such, only to find at least one finger has gotten wet inside the glove. I don't have much in the way of nails so it's a manufacturing issue, not user issue. OVERALL: I have now purchased this item three times and previously set up a subscribe/save order which I have since cancelled. I previously recommended them but have lowered the rating to 3 of 5 stars.

Since 2020, my hands have been breaking out in a god awful rash. They start with tiny red itchy bumps, and end up with most of the hand/wrist being covered with severe redness/bumps, that often become flaky or crack and sometimes bleed. I’ve worked in a hospital for almost 9 years, so you can imagine the torture my hands went through, even more so with COVID. From my NP to a dermatologist, both thought my condition was either fungal infection or severe heat rash. I tried fungal, anti-itch, and steroid creams, along with specific creams for eczema and psoriasis- none of which which truly helped. Many months later (and a butt ton of money), I’ve discovered that I’m allergic to Nitrile gloves, which happens to be the only gloves my hospital uses because they’re generally powder and latex free. Since early this year, I’ve been using these gloves at work instead of the Nitrile gloves, and my hands have healed up tremendously! I’ve gone from looking like I’d dipped my hands in acid, to practically normal looking hands again. These gloves aren’t quite as durable as others and can easily rip if applying too much pressure with putting them on, so I went up to a size medium to avoid struggling with putting them on- easy fix! I don’t have a before and after photo of my hands, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. I’ll continue to repurchase these as they alone have saved my hands!!
