The first one we received had a damaged inner mechanism and would not stay shut. The company quickly replaced it and the second one was fine. It looks very nice with our Premier copper sink. It is a little tricky to use. It will easily go to the closed position. However, it can take some maneuvering to get it to pop up again. This si fine for us as it is in a guest bathroom and will almost never need to be closed. However, I'm not sure I would recommend it if your sink drain needs to be opened and closed frequently.

Looks good, works good. Large push button style is smooth and comfortable to use. I ordered a faucet that came with a "for overflow sink" drain (with holes)- a DIY learning curve. After searching for the correct drain I found this one for my copper flush mount sink. Drains quickly as well as perfectly holding the water. Easy install. The drain that came with my faucet had a smaller diameter and sat into the deeper recess, or groove, of my sink. This has a different look--stands out more, but both look nice--just different.

I love the pop-up drain, however today I pushed it down, and now it won't pop back up. What do I need to do to get it to pop up again?As far as the color, the delivery, and the product, I really like it. I just want it to let the water out of my sink!

replaced original drains because of multiple issues with the open/close rod assembly. The new unit fit perfectly, was easy to install and the pop-up design is easy to use. bought a second to replace the matching sink even though it was still operational.

It's high quality brass pop-up drain, easy to install in a thin copper sink. I expect a long life product at a very reasonable price. Inexpensive is rare!
