I had this juicer approximately 6 weeks. I use it about twice a week. I have juiced apples,ginger root, pineapples, turmeric and other soft and hard fruits and vegetables. This juicer performed well, regardless if the fruit or vegetable was hard or soft. It is not loud and it can take big pieces of fruit or vegetables: saving time. The instructions says that this juicer can be ran for up to an hour and can be used for commercial use. This speaks volumes about this product. This is an excellent juicer. Easy to use and to clean. This juicer did clog. The clog didn't stop it from juicing. It was difficult unclogging it during cleaning. That was my fault. The instructions says cut ginger root into small pieces to prevent clogging. I know now follow the instructions-have not clogged since. I made sorbet with juicer. It was good. I would strongly recommend this juicer. It comes with some minor spare parts. However, be aware that the base weights approximately 15 or 20 pounds. Nevertheless, it does slides easily on my countertop.

This is the best masticating juicer ever. My friends and I are big fans of fresh juice; we make juice almost every day. However, our old one had difficulties to press hard fruits and it was so loudly when working. So we threw it away. After doing a research，we decided to buy this one. Because it is easily to clean compare with other products and it has a wide mouth makes loading fruit easy, and it’s not that noisy at all. It’s equipped with 3 strainers: coarse strainer, fine strainer and sorbet strainer. The product manual is specific and easy to read, we can use the juicer quickly and proficiently,Excellent juicer, worth buying!

I made orange and carrot juice, apple and cucumber juice. When I use the slow juicer, it was much more quiet compared to the blendtech I have, and the wastes are reasonably dry. The juicer has three filters: extra fine strainer, coarse strainer, and sorbet strainer. It allows me to adjust the amount of pulp, which is great! Note that, if you like more pure juice, you should use the extra fine strainer and put the juice sieve on juice container to further filter the juice.If you want the juice with rich pulp, you should use the coarse strainer and mustn’t put the juice sieve on juice container. The pulp would clog the juice sieve. The instructions are straightforward, and I can put the juicer together for the 1st time. It comes with some spare parts, which is good to have. Overall, it’s an outstanding performing juicer with a lot more features than i usually see. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a juicer.

Juice comes out clear but you must use the a strainer on the top of the juice collecting cup, otherwise lots of foam and some small parts of pulp ends up in juice. I think the chute part where the pulp comes out is too small. With string vegetables like celery it gets kind of clogged. Washing is easy except for that part, you have to use the hard end of the enclosed brush to take it out (see picture) EDIT: after using it for 2 weeks, nearly everyday, it looks like crushed vegetables get stuck inside (not sure what causes it). The pulp hardly comes out where it should but instead it comes out together with the juice. Also, I feel the pulp should come out more like shredded, not in tiny pieces which to me means less juice is squeezed out

The baby food maker option isn’t even in the manual. There’s no instructions in how to make it. Also the the product leave sooo much fruit behind and does a horrible job sifting pulp from juice, even with the extra fine stainer. Also it’s super loud, not quiet at all as mentioned on the site. For all this money I’m super disappointed with this item. It’a definitely not worth this price ans I would never recommend it to a friend! So upset

Everything comes apart easily, which makes the cleanup process much more convenient and less time-consuming compared to other juicers I’ve owned. In terms of longevity, this one has definitely outperformed several other juicers we’ve had in the past. It has held up well with regular use, which speaks to its build quality and durability. After extended use, I’ve noticed that it takes a little longer to process compared to when it was new. This is likely due to wear on the core, so it may eventually need sharpening or replacement. That said, it still works fine—it just requires a bit more patience, which may not be an issue for everyone. Overall, it’s a solid, long-lasting juicer with only a minor slowdown over time.

I've been using the juicer every day about a month. It is really great, and I'm happy to have it. Easy to clean, Easy to assemble, durable well-made and quiet. Refer to my cleaning video. PLEASE NOTE: Before cleaning, pull out the Yellow silicone plug on bottom of the juicing bowl-good design for convenient cleaning. Equipped with two cleaning brushes. Product manual is simple and clear with detailed text and picture instruction to tell how to install and clean as well as the solutions for the problems may happen and so on. In general, I am very satisfied, excellent slow juicer, enjoy happy juicing!

I did a lot of research before buying this juicer. I realize there are other juicers on the market that are better BUT they are expensive. Therefore, I chose this one because it was the middle ground of my choices. I bought this juicer in 2020. I have had no problems with it - at all - until recently. So far I have been able to a juice pretty much everything without a hitch. It comes with all the cleaning supplies you need, some replacement parts and extra strainers. The hardest thing to clean is the strainer but even that is a quick scrub with the brushes it comes with. My recent issue was that the fine strainer cracked and I could not find the extra strainers anywhere in my house. I contacted the seller and unfortunately they were unable to get me a replacement. They did however offer me the parts of a recently returned juicer that they had not been put back in their inventory yet. They sent it in a timely manner and now I can use my juicer again. It would be great if in the future the company came up with a way to provide replacement parts with out having to send the whole juicer. In any case, I still love my juicer. :) highly recommend
