Worked well on my first outing.Not sure about the diameter though (it's not just this company that exaggerate their min diameter - they all do it, I did a lab test last year and measured (imaging microscope) 9 different mono, fluro and braid's. After my first experience with it I would never use anything else again...well so I thought..lol. Since I spooled all my reels up with this junk in the 20lb test. Three months of use and all of my reels are down to 50% of the original 100% of line .. I have had break offs during cast with 2oz bank sinkers, break offs with fish on, knot failures galore and once while pulling the line to test my drag the line broke off in my hand !!!!!
