TOO LATE. NO EXCHANGES. UNCOMFORTABLE. STIFF. *by J***I on December 25, 2016* What a disappointment! They told me wrong info about date of shipment. Then when I finally got it it was FAR FAR too large. They did not bother checking USA size conversion charts. I put in a submission for a refund and I do not get an automatic approval for a return. I have to WAIT 48 hours for them to respond to see if I will pay for their incompetence. There is no way I can make these huge shoes fit. I double checked what I ordered and I ordered the correct size. They did not convert properly. Also when I tried them on they are very stiff and uncomfortable.
