So I got this product on a Friday, and I have used it all weekend, and wanted to let you know my experience with using it. First, I stopped using my other 'hot flash' medicine (Amberin) to give this a try. It worked, but not as well as the Amberin. While I can honestly say I did not have hot flashes, I did have warm flashes, and woke up a lot to throw off the covers, then pull them back on. However, there was no awful sweating involved, which is good. Second, I do believe that it did have a hand in my mood. My husband had the flu this weekend, which is enough to send anyone into a rage. He asked for a bell to ring to be able to summon me. I kid you not. Don't worry, he is still alive. I was able to take it all in stride. Usually that would set me off in a really bad mood for a really long time. I just told him 'nope' and walked away. The 'Man Flu' is real. I dealt with it. This stuff works for moods. As far as anything else, I like the fact that there are no contraindications with any other drugs, because I take a crap-ton of meds for other things. I have chronic migraines and I have had shingles too many times to count, so the fact that I don't have to worry about this messing with my other meds is great. I also think that this kind of helped boost my energy levels, because I did not feel the need to take a nap on any day that I took this, which surprised me. Usually I can nap at the drop of a hat. I use a lot of the Zhou products because I believe they work and are fairly priced and I now have my husband using your products as well, so we are now firmly ensconced into the Zhou family.

It's hard for me to try new supplements because I dont want to risk negative side effects. I have my trust in good brands though, so after reading a bunch of reviews-I thought I'd give this one a go. I am 32, Asian, mother of 2, suffer from eczema on hands and arms from time to time in colder weather (MN), I also don't have the greatest immune system (aka hot mess human). I read about evening primrose benefits for skin conditions and wasnt expecting to have the supplement work until after at least a week. Oh boy, my eczema cleared up after 2 days of use! The skin on hands became smoother and even my face was noticeably clearer too! I am on birth control also (Nexplanon) so I get break outs from the hormonal imbalance it causes. I will be reordering this brand ! Yessir!! I heard it also helps with making hair shaft stronger too so hopefully I will see less hair loss (I also take a biotin gummy and collagen drink-daily). Please take this supplement with food and a glass of water...it is a high dose of evening primrose some people have found lower doses and eased into it..but knowing my stubborn body...I am usually ok to start with higher doses for supps. I have been taking the Evening Primrose supplement for about a week. First of all, I love the purple packaging. It’s feminine, but not overly “girly”. I like to look for supplements that are “cold pressed” and loved that this product was not only cold-pressed but made with non-GMO ingredients. Initially I thought the price for the product was a bit high, but then realized it was a 90-day supply so that made the price a lot more reasonable. Three months of supplements for about $18 wasn’t bad at all! I was a bit surprised at the size of the softgel. It was pretty big and might not be ideal for people who have a hard time swallowing large pills. I started to notice its effect within a few days. I felt like it helped with PMS symptoms, especially mood and bloating. I have noticed my skin is clearing up a bit too. I’m hoping these effects continue because I really like the way I’m feeling. If I can feel the effects of this product after a week, I’m excited to see how it affects me over the next 3 months, and beyond!

On the suggestion by my PMD, I got these for night sweats/hot flashes instead of my usual Black Cohash. It’s not only effective for that, but I had my son try it for acne. Just pierce the end with a pin, and spread the oil on your face. There was a noticeable improvement right away. If you have trouble swallowing pills, be aware these are pretty big, although they slide down easily being a gelcap.

Been using for 8 years now! Immediate life saver! Full hysterectomy means...Instant menopause, instant hell-like hot flashes! 🔥 this worked immediately and has kept them at bay. Hot flashes do return after about 12 hours so take consistently. Will not keep them at bay if drinking alcohol as I guess that overrides the efficacy. Haha🤣 also the dumb crying at everything stopped. Thank God!

Amazing! Having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in my late 20s..that came with many changes to my body! One of them being night sweats. I thought it was my hormones, but all my lab work came back normal from the Dr. I got these bc I heard it was amazing for the skin..but taking them orally vs. using them just for topical use; has done wonders for me! Still on the first bottle and I bought them awhile ago. Bought a 2nd bottle just bc they work so well! I don't want to have to skip a day. Also, I see major improvement to my skin and nails. *Yes they are HUGE, but my tip is drink water or something before trying to swallow this. Then after swallowing pill, drink more water to wash it down. This way the size of the pill won't even be a problem. And I have a narrow throat as well and typically go through a bottle of water with my morning vitamins.*

This product really works! I just wish it was in a smaller tablet.
