I was using a flat plate 150 AH that served me well and this was the first tubular battery that I was buying. I had decided long back that I would for only a Tall Tubular and anything more than 150AH as naturally in the last few years, we had added multiple electrical devices at home. It was about 70% charged when it arrived. I charged it to 100% and did a complete discharge to ZERO and then charge to 100% cycle. Battery is good. It takes 12 hours to charge fully (from ZERO to 100%). I switched off power around 6:30 pm to check how long it would last. The battery went to zero at 8:30 am the next morning, Please do mind, this is in Bangalore and the weather is pleasant now and we hardly used the power between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am. Still it is very good. There is no heat in the battery at all when it charges and discharges. My earlier battery used to become extremely hot. This shows there is minimal power wastage during the cycles which will save electricity as well. Battery is very heavy - about 54 kilos. It is too tall as well meaning I cannot place it in the shelf and need to buy a battery trolley separately. On the cost part, comparatively it is cheaper but have no idea why batteries should cost so much in the first place.

Good battery with 200Ah capacity that's works perfect with my Luminous Zelio+ 1100 model inverter that suppots single battery 12V. Even in Eco mode the flip to inverter power is seamless due to Sin Wave technology. Also for my settings it shows total power backup of full charge as 9 hours 50 minutes. So always go for a bigger battery if you going with a single battery inverter. But keep in mind all the bigger battery capacity the longer it will take for full charge. But depends on your needs. My area power goes very less but when it goes it off for hours together and I can't afford my work from home during those times.

Battery stop working after one year very disappointing

It's been about 6 months after purchase and it's been working exactly as expected. But when it was delivered, it came with a small acid leak and that leak stayed for 2 months. It's performance however has not gone down. I am just not sure how it will perform throughout its working life. Next time, I would rather pay another 1k more and buy from a local store where I can get a worry free product.
