About 45 minutes to put up, then all day to fill. Watched a YouTube video to put it together and there were no major issues at all. The tee off the intake tubes leaked pretty good but the reviews had me expecting it. I used zipties to lift the tee higher towards the pools frame at the top and it completely stopped leaking. I think the water pressure is less now that the water isn't flowing down and bottle necking at the tee and the o-rings can handle it. So far this is a great first pool.
