Horrible product, as seen in the pictures the lcd display is broken and has a mark, it doesn’t go beyond 180 degrees unlike mentioned , the increase decrease temperature buttons are broken, it doesn’t straighten the hair it just heats up, worst part item is not refundable, please check the return policy and don’t loose your money

received a different but good product i m hpy to buy it i hv also bought same product 1yr ago for a frnd but tht time seal is brkn look cheap etc but this time it is out of my expectations looks are good long cord temp settings everything perfect

Packaging was bad... The product name here is SIVANA Ceramic professional but the product I received is from simply straight... don't know if it is the same company or not..It doesn't work well on wavy hair.. I couldn't straighten my hair even after trying 8 times on one strand... Heats up but doesn't seem like it works anyways... Do not know if it a genuine product either because I do not see a sticker on the head of the comb( you can check YouTube to understand better) I wouldn't recommend this for people with wavy or curly hair.. with my previous straightener I just had to straighten my hair once n it would remain for 2 days but with this it's now even a few hours... It helps you with a wavy look but does not straight give you straight hair... And sad part I can't return it either

Donno how come this product got such positive reviews! I couldn't find this of any use unfortunately. I never got the three temperature variants specified in the manual, the LCD keeps going off and it restarts everytime.i don't know if the temperature ever reached the sufficient limit for the purpose. Hair doesn't get caught on the comb as shown in the pics. Worst part is the product cannot be returned!!!!

The best part of this hair straightener is the design which enables a user friendly experience and way to help get your dry and frizzy hair straight and in shape. Also, you can set the temperature according to your preference.Definately recommended

The product is good. But not up to the mark

It didn't even switch on. Not even once. Came with an instruction sheet that said, in case of problems, contact customer care but there was no email or contact number! Can't even return the product. Complete waste of money
