Well the product arrived on time. But came with some major problems. First of all there is a crack where the screw is tightened in the manufacturing assembly process. #2 parts of the soap dispenser where assembled backwards in the factory. #3 They did not take the time to grind or cut the plastic injection molds burs flush with all the parts. I spent 2 hours fine tuning the product. I disassembled the product fully removing all parts. I cut all the burs flush. Grinded parts smooth. Put all the parts back together correctly. My Knowledge and Skills from working in 1000 + different companys in 25 years is why I knew I could make it useable. It is a good product just be aware. That in manufacturing processes not all machines are Calibrated correctly and lead to defects. I debated on returning the product I still have 30 days to return it as of right now. But I made it useable and I corrected the major issues.

Works as it should. The only thing I would suggest to the seller is to conceal the transparent back of the dispenser so that we don't see the screws and hardware that attaches it to the wall.
