Sevich Hairline Powder: Instantly Conceals Hair Loss and Gray Roots, Grey Windproof & Sweatproof Hair Toppers for Women & Men

I've been using this powder for a couple of years and I use it for two things: First, I use it to fill in areas where my hair is thinning. After washing and drying my hair, I fill in the areas using the attached spongey applicator (sometimes I use a makeup brush) and it works so well! It doesn't add a single hair to my head but it keeps the scalp from being so shiny and gives the appearance of fuller hair. I don't wash my hair every day now that I'm retired and love that this powder has staying power. I live in South Carolina and during the summer it feels like we're at hell's porch but excessive sweating hasn't caused any streaks to run down my face. The second thing I use it for is my eyebrows. Just so you know, I don't use the spongey applicator for that or else I'd look like Eugene Levy! Instead, I have a brow brush and this powder gives my graying eyebrows a little pop of color. I order a couple at a time to make sure that I don't run out.

My hair is thinning on top and at the crown and this powder is just what I need. A few dabs along the part and at my crown and it dims down the shining scalp and makes my bald spots much less obvious. I wouldn't recommend it if you have heavy hair loss, though. I don’t know how natural or obvious that would be. And it doesn’t rub off easily and is sprinkle proof. I got caught in the rain and it had no effect on it, yet it washed off easily. I used it on my eyebrows with a stiff angled brow brush and it worked GREAT, too! My hairdresser used this on me and advised me as to the color. I have medium ash brown with grey hair so she advised the gray (I got the darker gray) and even though I thought it kinda looked dark in the pot, it was perfect for me. (I don’t have any red tones to my hair and the other brand of medium brown I tried had too much auburn in it.). If you have a problem with thinning hair and want a quick, inexpensive hack, this is your product.

Works well but I’m almost out of it after not long after I started using it. I will try something similar with more product

Easy to use Hides a widening hairline

This product works great and covers the area on my scalp that is covered in white or glass-like hair. When I have hair loss the hair that grows back in is like glass. The hair is there without any pigment. This product covers the hair and makes the "bald" area disappear. I have used similar products in the past for larger patches without hair so I feel this one would work in that case also. The applicator is attached to the powder case, so it's right there when you need it.

Seems to work well, but it’s a very dark gray almost black. Not the best for Silver gray hair.

I used this product when I had brown hair. It covers the light scalp beautifully and makes her look fuller. And, it’s much cheaper than the beauty supply store powder. Note, however, that the gray shade is very dark and if you have more salt, than you have pepper in your hair, the scalp, and the hair at the roots will be darker with this gray. It’s a dark gray.

Fantastic product! My hair is very gray with white along my hairline where it’s thinning. I wanted something “natural” that would give me “low lights” and cover up thinning areas. This product, I picked dark gray, came through with the exact look I wanted without have to use permanent dye that would have to grow out! I used it around my hairline and scalp in the front of my head for a slight warmth look. This product was very easy to apply with the included sponge, gentle on my skin with no burning or irritation, stays on for days after washing my face, and did not rub off on my pillow case! I even put a dab on my grayish/white eyebrows! I highly recommend giving it a try!!!

Was very leery to buy it i have silvery hair and my scalp was so noticeable as my hair on top was thin. I tried small amount of gray just on my finger to a spot, what a difference dont notice my white scalp glaring at me. So glad I tried it will make me feel more confident

I have very fine and a thinning front hairline, due to aging. (1000g of Biotin is helping!) Wonderful. Works great even though I mistakenly picked the wrong colour, doh! Easy to use, the sponge is great. However, if you want to get into the smaller ares, a smaller sponge and/or makeup brush works great. If you yse a good dry shampoo prior it help akso.Overall, a heck of a lot better then the shake-on got2b powder!
