Does the loaded chamber indicator on the ruger SR9c impede or snag on the holster?

Not in the least. Best holster I carry daily for SR9c I have found.

Will this fit Ruger SR.45 ?

It fits the SR9C well, but it is a close fit...so, I'd say compare the specs of the SR45 with the 9C and if the 45 is VERY close it should be a good fit. Sorry I can't be more definitive, but I haven't tried the 45 in this Fobus holster (yet;-).

will this fit a fn herstal fnx-40 full size?
