Highly reccomend *by L***I on November 20, 2020* I have followed Andrew on YouTube for years now. I love pretty much everything he does. He is so humble and highly relatable. One of my favorite things that he does in this cookbook is give his honest opinion on the outcome of the recipes. The candy spaghetti recipe is funny to see and nothing I would ever try. I enjoy all of the tips and little facts about the recipe or the episode that he published. On one hand I don't like having recipes in here for something that no one should ever try...but when you look at the concept of the book, I do believe it was important to include some of the ridiculous. I remain a Babish faithful and look forward to everything else Andrew puts out. Buy the book, its worth it.
